Corte di Lunas
Italy - F.V.G. 9:00 pm
Corte di Lunas is a folk rock band from Friuli Venezia Giulia, Northern Italy.
After more than ten years of development, the band has created a special chemistry that blends folk and rock, a unique voice and polyphonic choirs, medieval and metal influences, and mixes all these elements with a theatrical touch that brings the stories to life.
In their live performances, Corte di Lunas unveils a magical world, enchanting the audience with their mystical soundscapes while leading them on an emotional journey made of moving ballads and wild, energetic dances.
The band has performed at some of the best Celtic and fantasy festivals in Italy and Europe, such as Montelago Celtic Festival, Triskell Celtic Festival, Druidia, Folkest, Hobbiton, Sofar Sounds, Lucca Comics and Games, and Rimini Comix.
In their latest album, "Tales from the Brave Lands" (2020), the band tells the stories of their ancestors and finally lets the roots surface.
Starting with their recent singles, "Dance of Shadow and Light" and "Shine" (2022), Corte di Lunas began exploring the deeper, more intimate aspects of the human experience, themes that will be further developed in their upcoming full album "Nemeya" (2025).
They close the 25th anniversary of Triskell by presenting their latest work as part of the "Spazio ai Gruppi Locali" (Space for Local Bands) series.
