Wooden Legs is an Italian band formed by five musicians based in Trieste.
The group boasts undeniable technical skill – all members were trained at the Conservatory of the Music Academy of Trieste – combined with an original exploration of Celtic and Irish folk music.
Their repertoire spans from traditional ballads to unique fusions of classic jigs and reels, as well as original compositions that blend folk atmospheres with unexpected sounds. A distinctive feature of the band is their powerful and engaging live performances, strengthened by countless concerts at festivals, squares, and pubs across Europe. For this reason, some critics have described their playing style as "Extreme Irish music."

One of the most beloved local bands by the Trieste audience, they are part of the "Spazio ai Gruppi Locali" showcase.
