THURSDAY BAND

Fabula Aetatis
Germany - Saxony 9:00 p.m.
The most beloved band of Triskell returns in a new formation, with a fifth member on drums.
A German band from Saxony, founded in 1995. The sound they produce has a strong musical impact. They perform in medieval historical reenactments, at castles, festivals, and traditional folk celebrations. They stand out from other medieval groups due to their Celtic, Scottish, and Breton influences, which they incorporate into their music, resulting in a distinctive sound. This is further enriched by the sound of powerful medieval bagpipes and booming drums, blending with traditional melodies and the band's personal adaptations, creating a result that is both exciting and modern. This year, the band celebrates 30 years of activity with us.
THURSDAY BAND
Uttern
Italia - F.V.G. / ore 22:00
Uttern is a unique presence in the Italian and European music scene, a group of women who, through music, seek to reconnect with the ancient spirituality of pagan Europe. They combine solemnity and celebration in a powerful mix of pagan-shamanic music. Over the years, they have gained the attention and affection of thousands of fans, performing at the biggest Celtic music festivals in Italy. Their success stems from a genuine connection with the sacred feminine, the Divine Mother, and the ancient spirit of Pagan Europe, which the audience feels and vibrates within themselves at every performance. "Uttern" means "otter," an animal that, in many ancient cultures, represented the divine feminine energy of celebration. Their essence is connected to this, to the ability to flow with both delicacy and strength, bringing a spirituality that fully celebrates life, merging presence and solemnity with sharing and play. Their concert is a great musical ritual, where the elements of water, fire, earth, and air come together with the fifth element, Spirit. Music, sacredness, and dance become one, sometimes swirling, sometimes mystical, with the aim of celebrating life in all its fullness. After their highly anticipated first EP *Gudinna*, released in 2018, their second album, *Mediterra*, will be released in 2023.
For the 25th anniversary of Triskell, we will revisit the beautiful Uttern as part of the "Spazio ai Gruppi Locali" series.
