Ragnarök

Italy / Veneto 9:00 pm

Davide and Alessandro are two Italian multi-instrumentalists from Verona, with roots in Irish tradition and metal, boasting 15 years of concert experience.
*Ragnarök - Viking & Nordic Folk* was born from their idea, aiming to present a captivating repertoire of traditional songs from Northern Europe in Scandinavian and modern languages, with some references to the epic and fantasy worlds. Icelandic, modern Norwegian, and Old Norwegian blend together to create an epic atmosphere, culminating in the musical rendition of the *Poetic Edda*, the main source of Norse mythology.
The reinterpretation of songs by various groups such as Wardruna, the soundtrack of the TV series *Vikings*, and an increasing number of original tracks is accompanied by original Viking-era instruments mixed with modern and digital ones, creating a visually and sonically immersive performance.
